stuffy room tiny window
The location was excellent and allowed easy access to the botanic gardens.
The air conditioning was a SIGNIFICANT problem. The room felt stuffy, and it gave me a slight headache. I fiddled with the climate control, but it did not bring in any fresh air. The tiny window barely opened and the curtain blocked it.

fantastic city stay
helpful information modern styling comfortable bed easy parking
the hotel was easy to find and i could park on the street for free after noon on saturday. the staff at the desk provided helpful information. my room on floor 14 featured modern styling. i appreciated the two shower heads and the comfortable king size bed.
ordering room service through the app was not very intuitive for me.

the hotel is situated in a quieter part of the central business district. this location is convenient for accessing hutt street cafes. rundle street is also easily reachable from the hotel.

breakfast offered a great selection of food items. the brioche bacon and egg buns were cooked perfectly. the coffee was excellent and the staff prepared it just as i requested.

the room featured a decent-sized tv. the air conditioning worked effectively and was pre-set before arrival. the modern decor contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. a beautiful view was available from the room.

room layout sufficient privacy attentive breakfast staff air conditioning stuffy room tiny window
the room layout was nice it provided sufficient privacy i liked the attentive breakfast staff they were always available the location provided easy access to nearby attractions i found that to be useful.
the air conditioning was a problem for both me and my partner i think it made the room stuffy we did not sleep well it gave us slight headaches adjusting the climate control did not seem to help i could only open a tiny window and the curtain was in the way.
